Trade Secrets and Confidential Information

The firm assists clients in matters relating to the protection of trade secrets and confidential information. Our services include preparing and negotiating agreements with employees restricting their employment and post-employment activities (e.g., assignment of inventions, noncompetition, no solicitation, and "right of first refusal" agreements), drafting and negotiating nondisclosure agreements;

the creation of internal systems designed to preserve and protect trade secrets; drafting and negotiating agreements with OEMs, VARs, and contract service providers for the purpose of protecting trade secrets; and, as necessary, litigation services associated with trade secret disputes.
